Full Multi-Class Admin Booking Live in Opus1

Large-scale group class enrollment used to mean repeating the same process over and over, one student, one class, one workflow at a time. Staff administrators can now handle any combination of students, dates, and classes in a single workflow, with everything needed to manage complex enrollments built into one streamlined experience.

    What’s New:

    • Bulk multi-payer class enrollment: Staff administrators can enroll multiple students from different families into multiple classes in one workflow, using an updated student and class selection interface.
    • Per-student payment plans and start dates: Each student can have their own unique payment plan and start date within the same enrollment, so complex family arrangements never require extra passes through the process.
    • Payer grouping at checkout: Enrollments from the same payer are grouped together at checkout, making it easy for staff to review enrollments and price quotes within the same family.
    • Filter by teacher and age group: Staff can filter available classes by teacher and age group during enrollment, making it faster to find the right classes for each student.
    • Single-student multi-class enrollment: Staff can also enroll a single student into multiple group classes in one pass, without restarting the process for each class individually.
