Set Up Single Visit Plans Faster With Built-In Sensible Defaults

Single visit group class plans now come with sensible defaults that automatically enable conversion tracking and spotlight trial bookings on your Today Dashboard, so first-time visits get the attention and data they deserve without any setup on your end.

    What’s New:

    • Conversion Tracking On by Default: New single visit payment plans for group class services now have conversion tracking automatically enabled, so trial-to-member data starts capturing from day one.
    • Trial Bookings Spotlighted Automatically: Single visit group class plans now automatically turn on the “Spotlight” setting for the Today Dashboard, putting trial lessons and first-time visits front and center for your team. Turn it off anytime it doesn’t fit.
    • Plan Names Pre-Filled: Creating a single visit plan now pre-fills the name field with “[Service Name] – Single Visit” (for example, “My Little Mozarts – Single Visit”).
    • A Cleaner Setup Screen: The “How many visits are allowed per period?” field no longer appears for single visit plan templates, since it doesn’t apply here.
    • Clearer Location Setting Label: The location availability setting now reads “Should this payment plan be available only at specific locations?” making the setting’s intent immediately clear.

Continue Working, Even While We’re Updating Opus1

Opus1 ships updates regularly to keep improving the platform. Now, if you have a tab open during a release, it updates cleanly in the background instead of throwing errors, which is especially helpful for staff working over VPN.

    What’s New:

    • Smoother Background Updates: Prior release files now stay available for a grace period, so an open tab picks up changes cleanly instead of being replaced right away.
    • VPN User Friendly: This especially helps staff on VPNs, whose sessions are more likely to land on a mid-update version.
    • Keep Working Without Interruption: Stay in your current session, whether you’re mid-import or mid-task, without interruption.
