Keep Your Enrollment Pipeline Clean as Your School Grows
Growing music and dance schools depend on accurate prospect data to make smart enrollment decisions. An update to the Opus1 Register Client flow ensures that when staff register a student and parent together, prospect status is assigned only to the student, so your pipeline, campaigns, and conversion reports reflect reality.
What’s New:
- Accurate prospect status assignment in Register Client: Account managers (parents) created alongside a dependent (student) in Register Client no longer receive the default prospect status automatically. Only the student is tagged as a prospect, keeping your prospects board uncluttered, your marketing lists accurate, and your conversion data reliable.
