In this first session of School Owner Hot Seat, host and industry veteran David Martin brings a new format to the Opus1 community: live, professional hot seat coaching with real school owners working through real problems.
Two school owners will step into the hot seat and share an actual challenge they are facing right now. David will coach them live, working through each problem together and building toward a practical solution in real time. No rehearsed answers, no polished case studies. Just honest problem-solving, the kind that reflects what it actually takes to run and grow a school.
Whether you come with a challenge of your own or simply want to learn from peers in the industry, this session offers something different. Because Opus1 supports hundreds of dance and music schools at every stage of growth, we have a front-row seat to the challenges this industry actually faces, and this session is a chance to bring those conversations into the open. You will hear what other school owners are up against and walk away with frameworks and perspective you can apply in your own school.
